CERAMIC STRAIGHT CARTRIDGE ROLLS

Self-sharpening ceramic grains continually produce fresh cutting points — reducing friction, running cooler, and cutting easily through stainless steel and exotic alloys.

Built-in grinding aid extends life and reduces heat buildup during aggressive applications. Multiple layers wear away continuously to expose fresh abrasive material.

Available in 1/4" to 3/4" diameter, up to 1-1/2" length, in 60, 80, and 120 grit.

Works on ferrous, non-ferrous, stainless, exotic alloys, plastics, and composites.

ALUMINUM OXIDE STRAIGHT CARTRIDGE ROLLS

General purpose aluminum oxide rolls with a consistent, even cut on ferrous and non-ferrous metals.

The straight profile fits cylinders, straight bores, and contoured parts for quick material removal, deburring stamped parts, and accessing intricate areas or small holes. Cotton cloth backing acts as a cushion in finer grits for polishing.

Available in sizes 3/16" to 1" diameter, up to 2" length, in grits 36–320.

Works across ferrous, non-ferrous, stainless, exotic alloys, plastics, and composites.

Designed to grind and follow acute seams and welds as layers wear away to reveal fresh cutting action. Ideal for removing or smoothing inside corner welds, porting and shaping concave areas, and navigating intricate cast parts.

Available in 3/8" to 1" diameter, up to 2" length, in grits 60–320.
